Native English Teacher (Full time) (Tseung Kwan O)

Roles and responsibilities

• Deliver English lessons to kindergarten and primary school students in our learning centre
• Design curriculum and lesson plans in accordance with school-based curriculum
• To assess and report students' progress on a regular basis and liaise with parents
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Native English Speaker with at least 1 year of teaching experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Education
• Holder of PGDE/PGCE/ TEFL/TESOL/CELTA is an advantage
• Fields of Study: Education/ English / Drama/ Theatre/ Language/ Translation/ Linguistics (Preferred)
• Familiar with Hong Kong’s education system
• Proficient in MS office application and using online teaching platform (e.g. Zoom/ Google meet) would be an advantage
• Holder of an HKID or valid working visa.

Working Arrangement

• 5 working days, including Saturday
• Working hours: 10:00am-7:00pm (1 hour lunch included)
• Working location: Tseung Kwan O

Remarks:

• Candidates must be currently located in Hong Kong.
• Successful candidates are required to undergo a Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) in Hong Kong.
• According to EDB's latest guideline, tutors must be vaccinated with 3 doses before entering the school premises.
